Terms of Service

Loop generates, publishes, and tests advertising creative, marketing emails, and website content on your behalf using the accounts and websites you connect. You retain ownership of your content, brand assets, and performance data.

Pricing is $497 per month for website optimization plus $297 per month for each advertising channel you add. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled and are billed in advance. See pricing. Advertising spend on Google, Meta, TikTok, or LinkedIn is billed by those platforms directly and is not included.

• You are responsible for all media spend on connected ad accounts.
• You confirm you have the right to connect the websites, ad accounts, and email lists you link, and to install the Loop snippet on your site.
• You must review generated creative for accuracy and legal compliance in your industry before it runs. Loop provides approval controls for exactly this purpose.
• You must provide required visitor privacy notices and consent where the law requires them.

No unlawful, deceptive, infringing, adult, hateful, or discriminatory content; no attempts to circumvent platform policies, scrape third parties, or probe Loop's infrastructure. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules or a connected platform's terms.

Loop makes automated changes to creative, budgets, and website variants within the limits you configure, including guardrails and manual-approval settings. Results depend on your traffic, offer, and market; Loop does not guarantee specific performance outcomes.

The service is provided on an as-is basis without implied warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including media spend outcomes.

You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. Requesting account deletion in Privacy & data pauses all automation immediately, revokes platform credentials, and permanently erases your data after a 7-day grace period.
